Technical Specifications
Our technical specifications reflect our commitment to building solutions that exceed operational expectations. From material selection to instrumentation, every detail is engineered to match project requirements and comply with industry standards.
Each package is engineered for performance and maintainability:
- Skid-mounted integration of pumps, tanks, valves, instruments & controls
- API 675 or Non-API dosing pumps
- Pressure, flow & level instrumentation from approved suppliers
- Chemical-resistant wetted parts: CPVC, UPVC, SS316L, Hastelloy C276
- Structural baseframes built from SA 36 (or equivalent) steel, finished to project
- specifications, and fitted with certified lifting points.
- We supply both DNV 2.7-1 certified skids for offshore operations and non-DNV options tailored for onshore applications.
- Local push-button stations, PLC panels & VFD integration
- Safe and non-hazardous area installation options
