Univoid
Univoid, a stairwell connecting the three levels in the center of the office. It brings our
employees closer together and enhances the sense of unity of the organization.
Office area
A free address system was introduced to encourage communication. In addition, office
furniture was standardized to allow for flexible response to organizational changes.
Open meeting area
Using displays and whiteboards, we stimulate discussion among peers and generate new ideas
through the power of teamwork.
Main hall
The main hall is integrated with the working spaces. It can be used not only for events where
all employees gather, but also as a free space for multiple purposes in everyday work.
Training center
This is a training area where you can learn a wide range of topics, from basic knowledge of
structures and mechanisms to disassembly, assembly, and maintenance methods, using actual pumps.
Cafe area
A break area where anyone can freely drop in. With a drink in hand, employees across divisions
can casually communicate.
Communication Lounge
A space where employees can casually communicate with each other during break times.
Rooftop garden
A relaxation area where employees can refresh themselves between work hours. There is even a
foot massage zone you can drop in to help you relax.
Factory area
This state-of-the-art factory has increased manufacturing speed and saved labor by automating
the transfer of parts. The rotating parts at the heart of pumps are manufactured here.
