Housing Programs

Dormitory for single employees

We provide a dormitory for single employees. In addition to reducing their financial burden, they can easily consult with their peers and seniors nearby.
All men’s dormitory rooms are private rooms, with access to a cafeteria and a large bathroom, as well as shared shower rooms and simple self-catering facilities on each floor. In the women’s dormitory, two to three people share a so-called 3LDK apartment. Although the living room and bathroom are shared, each person has a single room, so they can enjoy a comfortable and secure life while their privacy is provided for.

* Photographs show the library zone (1), cafeteria (2), and a private room (3) of the men’s dormitory.

Company housing is provided to ease the burden on employees who have to move due to marriage or relocation. In areas where company-owned housing is not available, the company rents properties and provides them to employees.
