Torishima has provided a large number of pumps for seawater desalination plants in the Gulf region for the past 40 years. Torishima Service Solutions, or TSS was established in Dubai in 2009 to meet the local customers’ needs more promptly and flexibly. Now, TSS has gained a reputation in the region as a highly skilled engineering service solutions provider with our own workshop, supporting the demanding requirements of pumps, rotating machinery and oil field equipment services.

Torishima Service Solutions Europe, or TSSE was established in 2010 following a launch of Torishima Europe Ltd. in Glasgow, UK in 2008. As the hub of service centre addressing customers in European nations, TSSE has been expanding its service business to as far as Turkey, North Africa and Russia. With modern, centrally located facilities and state-of-the-art equipment, TSSE provides comprehensive services to customers -delivering improved performance and lower operational costs.

Torishima has delivered a large number of pumps to Thailand for decades, including boiler feed pumps which require regular maintenance for a safe and reliable operation of thermal power plants. Torishima therefore launched a service facility in Samutprakarn in 2016 to deliver more prompt services to our local customers. TSST provides overhaul services and repair, spare parts supply, on-site service, mechanical seal upgrade, and our unique service REDU, Re-Engineering Design-Up, which improve energy efficiency for pumping facilities.

Torishima Guna is an Indonesian joint venture between Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd. of Japan and PT Guna Elektro of Indonesia. TorishimaGuna is a group of three companies : PT. Torishima Guna Indonesia as a pump manufacture established in 1984, PT. Geteka Founindo as a ferrous and non-ferrous foundry established in 1991 and PT. Torishima Guna Engineering as an engineering services company established in 1999. With combined these three companies’ advantages, Torishima Guna Indonesia are dedicated to working for a better future for all and to fully satisfying our customers in Indonesia and Asia Pacific Region by providing the highest standard of services.

The North American office of Torishima Pump has entered into agreements with five service and packaging centers in North America. In choosing our service partners, we have been careful to identify well established, fully capable field and in house service and packaging centers that can completely satisfy the repair, start up/commissioning, spare parts and emergency service requirements for current and future customers. Each service center must meet strict requirements set forth for capabilities, facilities, training and reputation in the industry, in accordance with our factories’ ISO9001/14001 quality standards; all combined to build a strong, reliable service organization for our North American customers and projects.
